What Palette does
Palette is a matchmaking platform that connects early-stage tech founders with design studios. To make that match, we collect information from founders and share relevant parts of it with matched studios.
The matchmaking process
Palette facilitates introductions between founders and studios. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, a completed project, or a successful engagement. The relationship between a founder and a studio — including any contracts, payments, and deliverables — is entirely between those two parties. Palette is not a party to that relationship.
Intellectual property — studio work and assets
All creative work, case studies, images, and portfolio content displayed on Palette that originates from a studio is owned by that studio. This includes photographs, mockups, brand identities, and presentation materials.
Any third-party logos, brand marks, or company identifiers appearing within studio case studies are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Palette reflects the studio's client work and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Palette or Overstory AB.
You may not reproduce, download, or repurpose any studio content displayed on this platform without the explicit permission of the studio that owns it.
Founder submissions
By submitting your project information through Palette, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to represent the company in question. You grant Palette the right to use that information to facilitate a match and share it with a relevant studio.
No guarantee of availability
Studios listed on Palette are independent businesses. Their availability, pricing, and capacity change. Being matched with a studio does not guarantee that studio is available to take on your project.
Limitation of liability
Overstory AB operates Palette in good faith as an introductory service. We are not liable for the outcome of any engagement between a founder and a studio, including disputes over deliverables, payments, or timelines. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Palette after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from your use of Palette will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
