What Palette does
Palette is a matchmaking platform that connects early-stage tech founders with design studios. To make that match, we collect information from founders and share relevant parts of it with matched studios.
What we collect
When you go through the Palette quiz or onboarding flow, we collect:
Company name, stage, and sector
Budget range
Project scope and timeline
Contact details (name and email)
Any other information you voluntarily provide
How we use it
We use this information solely to facilitate your match. Specifically:
Your submission is reviewed internally to identify suitable studios
Your project details are shared with the studio you are matched with — and only that studio
We do not sell your data to third parties
We do not share your information with studios you have not been matched with
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the match and follow up on it. If you want your data removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
Cookies and analytics
Our site may use basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to understand how visitors use Palette. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
Third-party services
Palette uses third-party tools to operate (form providers, email infrastructure, hosting). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not grant them rights to use your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
